Opportunity overview

The Global Good Fund Fellowship is a 12-month leadership development programme for high-potential social enterprise leaders. Fellows receive personalized executive coaching, a dedicated business executive mentor, leadership assessment tools, peer learning, and a grant targeted to their leadership development plan.

Core eligibility

• The applicant leads a social-impact enterprise and is the organization’s primary decision-maker.
• The enterprise has been operating for at least two years and normally has at least one full-time employee in addition to the applicant.
• The applicant is committed full-time to the enterprise and is generally under 40, with limited exceptions described by the programme.
• The organization should be mission-driven and able to demonstrate social impact and growth potential.

Fellowship support

• One-on-one executive coaching and an assigned business mentor.
• A leadership development plan and ongoing accountability support.
• A targeted grant of up to USD 10,000 for leadership development.
• Access to an international community of social entrepreneurs.
